Who we are

This website is operated by Ascension Exterior Services, an exterior cleaning company based in Weatherford, TX. You can reach us at (817) 917-9081 or brandon@ascensionexterior.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, the service you are asking about, your city, and whatever you write in the message box. The phone number and name are required so we can reply. Everything else is optional.

If you call or text us instead, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us, the same as any phone call.

What we do with it

We use it to price your job, schedule it, and stay in touch about that work. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.

Who else touches it

The quote form is delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service, and this site is hosted by a website hosting provider. Both handle the message in order to get it to us and keep the site online. Neither is permitted to use your information for anything else.

We will also share information if the law requires it, which in practice means a valid legal request.

Tracking and cookies

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not set cookies to follow you around the internet. If we add website analytics later, we will say so here before we turn it on.

Text messages

If you text us, or ask us to text you, we will reply by text about your quote and your job. We do not send marketing blasts. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply.

Photos of your property

We photograph the areas we clean, before and after, and send those to you as part of the job. We sometimes show that work on this site or on our social media. If you would rather we did not use photos of your property publicly, tell us and we will not. We never publish your name or address alongside a photo.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of the work.

Your choices

Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email brandon@ascensionexterior.com or call (817) 917-9081. Texas residents have specific rights under state law, and we honor those requests the same way.

Children

This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
