Pressure Washing in Weatherford, TX

Home base. Courthouse square storefronts, the I-20 corridor and the new subdivisions going up on every side of town.

Weatherford is home. Brandon lives here, the trailer is parked here, and most of the work we do is within fifteen minutes of the courthouse square. When you call, you are not getting a crew dispatched from Fort Worth who has never seen your street.

That matters more than it sounds. Same-day quotes are realistic here, and if something needs a second look afterward we are not scheduling a trip across the metroplex to do it. One of Brandon's reviews is from a customer who called on a Monday and had the work done that same afternoon. That only happens in your home town.

We work both sides of town: the older neighborhoods around the square where brick and painted trim need a careful hand, and the newer subdivisions out toward I-20 where the driveways are big, light-colored and show every stain.

What we deal with in Weatherford

Red clay dust on everything

Parker County soil is heavy red clay, and it gets everywhere. On concrete it settles into the pores and turns the surface an orange-tan that people mistake for permanent discoloration. It comes out, but it needs a surface cleaner rather than a garden hose.

Live oak and pecan tannins

The mature trees that make the older neighborhoods pleasant also drop tannins that leave dark patches on concrete and stain wood decks. Those need a treatment, not more pressure.

Construction dust from the new builds

There is active building on most sides of town, and the dust travels. It sits as a film on windows and siding until the first rain turns it into streaks.

Where we work in Weatherford

  • Downtown and the courthouse square
  • Neighborhoods around Weatherford College
  • Holland Lake area
  • The I-20 corridor
  • Newer subdivisions north toward US-199
  • Rural acreage west toward Brock and Peaster

A real mix, and each type wants a different approach. Older homes near the square have painted wood trim and original brick that a high pressure tip will mark. Homes from the last twenty years are mostly brick and vinyl with big concrete driveways. Out on the acreage you get metal buildings, long driveways and hundreds of feet of ranch fence.

Got a question?

If it is not here, text us. You will get a real answer, not a sales pitch.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete, siding or roof?
Not the way we do it. Concrete takes real pressure, so that is what it gets. Siding, brick, wood and roofs get a soft wash instead: a cleaning solution does the work at low pressure, then we rinse. Turning a high pressure tip on a roof or on wood is how other people leave marks behind.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most jobs only need water access and a way onto the property. We will text you when we arrive and again when we finish, with photos.
How long does a driveway take?
A typical two car driveway runs about one to two hours including setup and rinse. A whole house with the driveway, walks and patio is usually most of a day. You get a time estimate with your quote, not a surprise.
Is what you use safe for plants, pets and kids?
Yes. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping, and the products break down after they do their job. Pets and kids just need to stay off the surface while it is wet.
What if a stain does not come out?
You will hear that before we start. Some things are permanent: old oil that has soaked deep into concrete, rust bleed from a metal post, damage under the dirt. We tell you what will lift and what will not, then you decide. Nobody should sell you a result they cannot deliver.
Can you come out on a regular schedule for our property?
That is the work we want. Restaurants, retail centers, garages and lots can be set on a repeating visit with photo documentation each time and one point of contact. Ask for a schedule quote instead of a one-off number.
