Pressure Washing in Azle, TX

Eagle Mountain Lake humidity grows algae on north-facing siding and fences faster than anywhere else we work.

What makes Azle different

01

Lake humidity feeds algae year round

The north and east faces of a house near the water can go green in a single season. This is the market where killing the growth rather than rinsing it matters most, because the conditions never let up.

02

Wood that stays damp

Decks, docks and lake-facing fences do not fully dry out the way they do inland. That means mildew in the grain, and it means any staining you do afterward has to wait for a genuinely dry stretch.

03

Older housing stock

A lot of Azle homes have been here a while, with painted wood trim, original siding and older mortar. Those surfaces are exactly where high pressure does visible damage, so most Azle work is a soft wash by necessity rather than preference.

A wooden dock and waterfront homes on a lake, the setting that keeps exterior surfaces damp year round

Azle has a problem the rest of our service area does not, and it comes down to the lake. Eagle Mountain keeps moisture in the air year round, and moisture is the one thing algae and mildew need to establish. Houses here green up faster and more completely than houses twenty minutes inland.

That changes the job. In Azle, a wash that only removes the color from the growth is a waste of money, because the lake air brings it straight back. The cleaning solution has to actually kill what is growing, and it has to be given time to do it. That is the difference between a wash that lasts a season and one that lasts a few years.

There is also more wood here than anywhere else we work. Decks, docks, boathouses, screened porches and lake-facing fences all take moisture from both sides, and all of them need a chemical clean and a low pressure rinse rather than force.

The housing stock here

Older and more varied than Aledo. Painted wood trim, aging vinyl and wood siding, mature trees over the roofline, and a lot of waterfront structures: decks, docks, boathouses and retaining walls that take constant moisture.

Got a question?

If it is not here, text us. You will get a real answer, not a sales pitch.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete, siding or roof?
Not the way we do it. Concrete takes real pressure, so that is what it gets. Siding, brick, wood and roofs get a soft wash instead: a cleaning solution does the work at low pressure, then we rinse. Turning a high pressure tip on a roof or on wood is how other people leave marks behind.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most jobs only need water access and a way onto the property. We will text you when we arrive and again when we finish, with photos.
How long does a driveway take?
A typical two car driveway runs about one to two hours including setup and rinse. A whole house with the driveway, walks and patio is usually most of a day. You get a time estimate with your quote, not a surprise.
Is what you use safe for plants, pets and kids?
Yes. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping, and the products break down after they do their job. Pets and kids just need to stay off the surface while it is wet.
What if a stain does not come out?
You will hear that before we start. Some things are permanent: old oil that has soaked deep into concrete, rust bleed from a metal post, damage under the dirt. We tell you what will lift and what will not, then you decide. Nobody should sell you a result they cannot deliver.
Can you come out on a regular schedule for our property?
That is the work we want. Restaurants, retail centers, garages and lots can be set on a repeating visit with photo documentation each time and one point of contact. Ask for a schedule quote instead of a one-off number.
