Pressure Washing in West Fort Worth, TX

West Fort Worth and Benbrook. Restaurants, retail centers and parking structures on the commercial side, plus established neighborhoods.

West Fort Worth is where our commercial work lives. Brandon's restaurant accounts are here, and so is the parking garage and lot work that he spent years hiring out before he started doing it himself. If you manage a property on this side of town, you are talking to someone who has sat in your chair.

We stay on the west side deliberately: Camp Bowie out to Ridglea, the West 7th and Cultural District area, Clearfork, Chapel Creek and Benbrook. It keeps us close enough to Weatherford to schedule properly, which is what makes recurring commercial visits reliable rather than aspirational.

The residential work here is different from Aledo. These are established neighborhoods with mature trees, older brick and masonry, and painted trim, so most of it is a soft wash rather than a pressure job.

The housing stock here

Established construction: older brick and masonry, painted wood trim, mature landscaping and shaded roofs. On the commercial side, restaurants, retail centers, office parks and multi-level parking structures.

What we deal with in Fort Worth

Restaurant and retail grease
This is the densest concentration of drive-thru lanes, dumpster pads and shared sidewalks in our service area. Grease tracks out of the service area and across the whole lot, and it is the single most common commercial call we get here.
Parking structures with limited drainage
Garages cannot simply be flushed. The water has to be controlled and directed, and the work has to happen deck by deck so the structure stays open. That is a different skill from washing a flat lot.
Mature trees over older homes
The established west side neighborhoods have real tree canopy, which means shaded roof planes that streak, tannin staining on walks and patios, and gutters that fill faster than anyone expects.

Got a question?

If it is not here, text us. You will get a real answer, not a sales pitch.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete, siding or roof?
Not the way we do it. Concrete takes real pressure, so that is what it gets. Siding, brick, wood and roofs get a soft wash instead: a cleaning solution does the work at low pressure, then we rinse. Turning a high pressure tip on a roof or on wood is how other people leave marks behind.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most jobs only need water access and a way onto the property. We will text you when we arrive and again when we finish, with photos.
How long does a driveway take?
A typical two car driveway runs about one to two hours including setup and rinse. A whole house with the driveway, walks and patio is usually most of a day. You get a time estimate with your quote, not a surprise.
Is what you use safe for plants, pets and kids?
Yes. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping, and the products break down after they do their job. Pets and kids just need to stay off the surface while it is wet.
What if a stain does not come out?
You will hear that before we start. Some things are permanent: old oil that has soaked deep into concrete, rust bleed from a metal post, damage under the dirt. We tell you what will lift and what will not, then you decide. Nobody should sell you a result they cannot deliver.
Can you come out on a regular schedule for our property?
That is the work we want. Restaurants, retail centers, garages and lots can be set on a repeating visit with photo documentation each time and one point of contact. Ask for a schedule quote instead of a one-off number.
