Answers
Got a question?
If it is not here, text us. You will get a real answer, not a sales pitch.
- Will pressure washing damage my concrete, siding or roof?
- Not the way we do it. Concrete takes real pressure, so that is what it gets. Siding, brick, wood and roofs get a soft wash instead: a cleaning solution does the work at low pressure, then we rinse. Turning a high pressure tip on a roof or on wood is how other people leave marks behind.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Most jobs only need water access and a way onto the property. We will text you when we arrive and again when we finish, with photos.
- How long does a driveway take?
- A typical two car driveway runs about one to two hours including setup and rinse. A whole house with the driveway, walks and patio is usually most of a day. You get a time estimate with your quote, not a surprise.
- Is what you use safe for plants, pets and kids?
- Yes. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping, and the products break down after they do their job. Pets and kids just need to stay off the surface while it is wet.
- What if a stain does not come out?
- You will hear that before we start. Some things are permanent: old oil that has soaked deep into concrete, rust bleed from a metal post, damage under the dirt. We tell you what will lift and what will not, then you decide. Nobody should sell you a result they cannot deliver.
- Can you come out on a regular schedule for our property?
- That is the work we want. Restaurants, retail centers, garages and lots can be set on a repeating visit with photo documentation each time and one point of contact. Ask for a schedule quote instead of a one-off number.
