Commercial Pressure Washing in Weatherford and Fort Worth
Storefronts, sidewalks, dumpster pads and drive-thru lanes, on a schedule that keeps your property presentable instead of catching up after a complaint.
From $200Every price is quoted after we look at the surface, and it does not change on the invoice.
5.0on GoogleBrandon spent years on the buying side of this work, hiring companies to wash parking garages and re-stripe lots. The pattern was always the same: the price moved, the crew was different every visit, and the result never matched what was sold. That experience is the reason this company exists, and it is why the commercial side is built around the things he could not get as a customer.
One point of contact. A price that holds. A schedule you can plan around, including after hours and before opening so we are not working around your customers. Photo documentation of every visit, so a manager who was not on site can see what was done.
The work covers the whole property: building exteriors and storefront glass, sidewalks and entries, dumpster pads, drive-thru lanes, parking areas and structures, and fleet vehicles or equipment.
Why it happens here
For a commercial property, the exterior is the first thing a customer judges and the last thing anybody budgets for. Grease tracks out of a drive-thru and across the lot. A dumpster pad starts to smell before it starts to look bad. Entry concrete goes grey from foot traffic so gradually that nobody notices until a photo turns up in a review. All of it is cheaper to maintain on a schedule than to fix under pressure.

What the job actually includes
- 01
A walk of the property before a number
We look at the actual surfaces, the water access and the traffic pattern. That is how you get a price that holds instead of a change order later.
- 02
Work scheduled around your hours
Early morning, overnight or between shifts. Most restaurant and retail work happens when the property is closed.
- 03
Photo documentation every visit
Before and after on each area, sent after the visit. This is what a regional manager or an owner off site actually needs, and it is standard on every account.
- 04
A repeating schedule if you want one
Grease and traffic film come back on their own timetable. Setting a recurring visit costs less per visit than calling for a rescue after a complaint or an inspection.

Parking Garages and Parking Lots
Decks, stairwells, entries and surface lots.
This is the work Brandon knows from the other side of the invoice. Garages are their own problem: drainage is limited, tire marks and oil drips cover every stall, stairwells and elevator lobbies collect everything foot traffic brings in, and the whole job has to happen without closing the structure. We work deck by deck and section by section so the property stays usable, and we contain and direct water where the drainage cannot take a full flush.
Fleet and Heavy Equipment Washing
From $50Trucks, trailers, buses and machinery, washed on site.
A work truck is a rolling billboard, and a dirty one tells a customer something before your crew says a word. We wash fleet vehicles, trailers, buses, construction equipment and heavy machinery at your yard rather than making you run them somewhere. Regular washing also matters for the equipment itself: built-up grime traps moisture against metal and hides the leaks and damage you want to catch early.
Answers
Commercial Pressure Washing questions
If it is not here, text us. You will get a real answer, not a sales pitch.
- Can you work after hours or before we open?
- Yes, and for most restaurant and retail accounts that is the only sensible way to do it. Overnight and early morning are normal for us. Tell us your window and we will schedule inside it.
- Do you handle recurring contracts?
- That is the work we are built for. Monthly, quarterly or seasonal, with the same person running each visit and photos every time. Recurring visits are priced below one-off calls because the buildup never gets as far.
- Can you send photo documentation to our corporate office?
- Yes. Every area gets photographed before and after and sent wherever you need it. Managers who are not on site should not have to take our word for what happened.
- Are you insured for commercial work on our property?
- Ask us for current certificates and we will send them before the first visit. Nobody should let a contractor onto their property without seeing them.
