Commercial Pressure Washing in Fort Worth, TX

The market Brandon knows from the buying side.

From $200Every price is quoted after we look at the surface, and it does not change on the invoice.

5.0on Google

This is the work that started the company. Brandon spent years in west Fort Worth hiring vendors to wash parking garages and re-stripe lots, watching prices move and crews change between visits. Everything about how we run commercial accounts is a reaction to that: one contact, a price that holds, and photo documentation every single visit.

West Fort Worth is also where the hard jobs are. Restaurant drive-thru lanes and dumpster pads need hot water and a degreaser rated for cooking grease. Parking structures cannot be flushed, so the water has to be controlled and the work done deck by deck to keep the garage open. Both are routine for us and both are where cheaper bidders tend to disappear after the first visit.

Local conditions in Fort Worth

  • Restaurant and retail grease. This is the densest concentration of drive-thru lanes, dumpster pads and shared sidewalks in our service area. Grease tracks out of the service area and across the whole lot, and it is the single most common commercial call we get here.
  • Parking structures with limited drainage. Garages cannot simply be flushed. The water has to be controlled and directed, and the work has to happen deck by deck so the structure stays open. That is a different skill from washing a flat lot.
  • Mature trees over older homes. The established west side neighborhoods have real tree canopy, which means shaded roof planes that streak, tannin staining on walks and patios, and gutters that fill faster than anyone expects.

Surfaces we clean

  • Building exteriors and storefronts
  • Sidewalks, entries and breezeways
  • Dumpster pads and enclosures
  • Drive-thru lanes and service windows
  • Parking lots and structures
  • Loading docks and service areas

What the job includes

A walk of the property before a number

We look at the actual surfaces, the water access and the traffic pattern. That is how you get a price that holds instead of a change order later.

Work scheduled around your hours

Early morning, overnight or between shifts. Most restaurant and retail work happens when the property is closed.

Photo documentation every visit

Before and after on each area, sent after the visit. This is what a regional manager or an owner off site actually needs, and it is standard on every account.

A repeating schedule if you want one

Grease and traffic film come back on their own timetable. Setting a recurring visit costs less per visit than calling for a rescue after a complaint or an inspection.

Also available in Fort Worth: every service we offer here.

Commercial Pressure Washing questions

If it is not here, text us. You will get a real answer, not a sales pitch.

Can you work after hours or before we open?
Yes, and for most restaurant and retail accounts that is the only sensible way to do it. Overnight and early morning are normal for us. Tell us your window and we will schedule inside it.
Do you handle recurring contracts?
That is the work we are built for. Monthly, quarterly or seasonal, with the same person running each visit and photos every time. Recurring visits are priced below one-off calls because the buildup never gets as far.
Can you send photo documentation to our corporate office?
Yes. Every area gets photographed before and after and sent wherever you need it. Managers who are not on site should not have to take our word for what happened.
Are you insured for commercial work on our property?
Ask us for current certificates and we will send them before the first visit. Nobody should let a contractor onto their property without seeing them.

Get a real number, not a guess

Send a photo of the surface and we will tell you what it takes and what it costs. Most quotes come back the same day.
