Pressure Washing in Aledo, TX

Walsh Ranch and MorningStar homes, where a stained driveway is the first thing a neighbor and an HOA both notice.

Aledo is fifteen minutes from our door and it is the market where exterior cleaning shows the most. The newer neighborhoods here are built around wide, light-colored concrete and light stone and stucco, which is a beautiful combination and also the least forgiving one. Every stain reads.

It is also HOA country. In Walsh Ranch and MorningStar, exterior appearance is not only a matter of taste, and a letter about a dirty driveway or green siding is a real possibility. Most of our Aledo calls come from people who would rather get ahead of that than respond to it.

Because the homes are newer, the work is almost always cosmetic rather than restorative. The surfaces are in good shape underneath, which means the after photos look dramatic for very little actual damage repair.

The housing stock here

Predominantly newer construction: brick and light stone fronts, stucco accents, composite or cedar fencing, and large concrete driveways and patios. Roofs are mostly architectural shingle and are young enough that streaking is cosmetic rather than a sign of a failing roof.

What we deal with in Aledo

Big light-colored driveways
Newer Aledo homes have wide, pale concrete approaches, often with a decorative border. Light concrete shows red dust, tire marks and organic growth far more than the older grey slabs in town, and it needs even pressure across the whole surface or the cleaning pattern shows too.
Light stone and stucco fronts
The white and cream stone that defines these neighborhoods is porous, and the mortar between it is softer than brick. It cleans up beautifully with a soft wash and gets permanently marked by a pressure tip.
New construction on every side
Aledo is still building, and the dust from that lands on finished houses. It is the main reason a two year old home already looks tired at the roofline and on the windows.

Got a question?

If it is not here, text us. You will get a real answer, not a sales pitch.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete, siding or roof?
Not the way we do it. Concrete takes real pressure, so that is what it gets. Siding, brick, wood and roofs get a soft wash instead: a cleaning solution does the work at low pressure, then we rinse. Turning a high pressure tip on a roof or on wood is how other people leave marks behind.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most jobs only need water access and a way onto the property. We will text you when we arrive and again when we finish, with photos.
How long does a driveway take?
A typical two car driveway runs about one to two hours including setup and rinse. A whole house with the driveway, walks and patio is usually most of a day. You get a time estimate with your quote, not a surprise.
Is what you use safe for plants, pets and kids?
Yes. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping, and the products break down after they do their job. Pets and kids just need to stay off the surface while it is wet.
What if a stain does not come out?
You will hear that before we start. Some things are permanent: old oil that has soaked deep into concrete, rust bleed from a metal post, damage under the dirt. We tell you what will lift and what will not, then you decide. Nobody should sell you a result they cannot deliver.
Can you come out on a regular schedule for our property?
That is the work we want. Restaurants, retail centers, garages and lots can be set on a repeating visit with photo documentation each time and one point of contact. Ask for a schedule quote instead of a one-off number.
