5.0on GoogleMost of the driveways we clean are in Weatherford, and most of Brandon's reviews are about exactly this work. Being based here means we can usually quote the same day and, if you want us to take another look at something afterward, we are not driving in from another county to do it.
Weatherford concrete has a specific look to it. Red clay dust settles into the surface and turns it orange-tan, and any low spot that holds water grows a grey-green film. Both come out, but the dust needs even pressure across the whole slab and the growth needs a pre-treatment first. Skip the pre-treatment and the green is back within a couple of months.
Local conditions in Weatherford
- Red clay dust on everything. Parker County soil is heavy red clay, and it gets everywhere. On concrete it settles into the pores and turns the surface an orange-tan that people mistake for permanent discoloration. It comes out, but it needs a surface cleaner rather than a garden hose.
- Live oak and pecan tannins. The mature trees that make the older neighborhoods pleasant also drop tannins that leave dark patches on concrete and stain wood decks. Those need a treatment, not more pressure.
- Construction dust from the new builds. There is active building on most sides of town, and the dust travels. It sits as a film on windows and siding until the first rain turns it into streaks.

What the job includes
A pre-treatment on the organic staining
The grey-green film in the low spots is growth, not dirt. It gets treated before the surface cleaner touches it, or it comes back fast.
Surface cleaner across the whole slab
Even pressure, even dwell, no wand stripes. Edges and expansion joints get detailed by hand where the machine cannot reach.
A rinse that carries the dirt off, not around
The runoff gets directed away from the beds and off the slab, so you are not left with a dirt line where the water stopped.
A straight answer on what stayed
Rust bleed, old oil that has soaked in deep, and cracks that were hidden under the dirt do not come out. You hear about those before we start.

Concrete and Driveway Cleaning questions
If it is not here, text us. You will get a real answer, not a sales pitch.
- Will pressure washing damage or etch my concrete?
- Not with the right equipment. Etching and striping come from a wand held too close and moved by hand. A surface cleaner holds the jets at a set height and spins them, so the pressure is spread evenly. Concrete in sound condition handles that without a mark.
- How long does a driveway take?
- A typical two car driveway runs one to two hours including setup and rinse. Add the walks and the patio and you are usually looking at most of a day for the whole front and back.
- Will the oil spot in the middle come out?
- Partly, sometimes fully, and it depends on how long it has been there. Fresh oil lifts well. Oil that has been soaking into the pores for years has stained the concrete itself, and pressure will not reach it. That is a separate treatment, and we will tell you honestly which one you have.
